Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and shipping method selected.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Canvasofmnsry is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

Canvasofmnsry is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages that have been marked as delivered. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will do our best to assist you in filing a claim when possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

If the issue is determined to be our error, we will work with you to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund, as appropriate.

International Shipping

 We offer international shipping to select countries. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
